HOTROD Septic Returns & Refund Policy

1) 30-Day Returns (Unopened / Unused)
If you purchased HOTROD Septic directly from us and decide you don’t want it, you may return new, unopened, and unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Requirements:

Proof of purchase is required (receipt/order confirmation).

Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2) 30-Day Performance Guarantee (Opened / Used)
HOTROD Septic is designed to be used to evaluate performance. If you used the product as directed and you’re not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund under our Performance Guarantee within 30 days of delivery.
How it works:

Call our support team at (815) 848-0280 before sending anything back.

We’ll ask a few quick questions to confirm proper application (system type, dosage, timing, and any unusual conditions).

If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund of the product price (and we may or may not require the bottle to be returned depending on the situation).
Notes:

This guarantee applies to one refund request per household/address within a 12-month period.

Product must have been used according to label directions.
3) Non-Returnable Items

Sale / clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless required by law.

Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.
4) Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval (timing can vary by bank/card issuer).
5) Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please keep the packaging and, if possible, take photos.
