We stand behind the performance of our product and we’re so convinced that it will work for you that we’re willing to offer a risk-free money back guarantee. If your product is unopened and unused, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase, with a copy of the receipt, for a full refund, regardless of the reason. Refunds will be processed and issued within 45 days of receipt of return. If your product is opened and/or used, but you are not satisfied with it’s performance, please contact our support team at (815) 848-3014. If we cannot find a solution to your satisfaction, we will issue you a full refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Returns can be mailed to: 203 S. Crystal Ln. Fairbury, IL 61739. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
